1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
- "Zenvault", "we", "us", "our" refers to Zenvault, operating at 5 Jalan SS 15/4, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
- "Service" refers to the financial education programs and website operated by Zenvault.
- "User", "you", "your" refers to any person accessing the website or enrolling in a program.
- "Program" refers to any structured learning course offered by Zenvault.
- "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions, which form a binding agreement between you and Zenvault.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry form, or enrolling in any program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in any Zenvault program. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Service Description
Zenvault provides structured financial education programs for adults in Malaysia. Our current program offerings are:
- Mindful Spending Practices (4 weeks, RM 1,600)
- Bond & Fixed Income Literacy (5 weeks, RM 2,900)
- Financial Preparedness for New Parents (4 weeks, RM 2,200)
These programs are educational in nature. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any form of licensed financial service. Zenvault is not a licensed financial adviser under Malaysian law.
Program availability is subject to cohort scheduling. Zenvault reserves the right to reschedule or cancel programs with reasonable notice.
4. Enrolment
Enrolment in a program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Zenvault. Cohort sizes are limited. Submission of an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed enrolment.
You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details you provide are accurate. Zenvault is not liable for missed communications due to incorrect contact information.
5. Payment Terms
Program fees are payable in full prior to the commencement of each program. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and online payment as specified at the time of enrolment.
Refund policy: Cancellations made 14 or more days before the program start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7–13 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable. In the event Zenvault cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort.
All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
6. User Responsibilities
When using our website and participating in programs, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Treat other participants and facilitators with respect
- Not record, distribute, or reproduce session content without written permission
- Not use program content for commercial purposes
- Not engage in disruptive behaviour during sessions
Zenvault reserves the right to remove participants from a program without refund if these responsibilities are not upheld.
7. Intellectual Property
All program materials, workbooks, presentations, and website content are the intellectual property of Zenvault. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials provided during your enrolled program for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Sharing, reproducing, or distributing Zenvault materials — in whole or in part — without prior written consent is prohibited.
8. Disclaimers
Zenvault provides educational content only. Nothing presented in our programs, website, or materials constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax guidance.
Participants are encouraged to consult with a licensed financial adviser before making any financial decisions. Zenvault accepts no liability for financial decisions made based on program content.
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Zenvault's total liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the fee paid for the specific program to which the claim relates.
Zenvault is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind arising from use of our services or reliance on program content.
10. Termination
Zenvault reserves the right to terminate access to its website or programs for any user who breaches these Terms & Conditions. You may discontinue your participation in a program at any time, subject to the refund policy in Section 5.
11. Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt informal resolution through direct communication. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
12. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zenvault regarding use of our services.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement. Zenvault may assign rights in connection with a business transfer.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
